This is for electronics not made in Japan like Brian&#39;s Dell Laptop. We got one that is for &quot;around the world travel&quot; where you flip the dial to the appropriate country and it makes adjustments.<br /> That being said, Playstation 3 is region free!!! Yay! That means it works in any country!
